When One Falls, We Step Forward

Since 2000, more than 50 Detroit Catholic Central graduates have passed away or faced a life-altering medical crisis within their first decade after graduation.

They weren't just students. They were husbands, fathers, and providers.

When tragedy strikes, those families are often left facing it all at once:

  • Mortgages
  • Infants and small children
  • Medical bills
  • Sudden loss of income
  • Little savings
  • No life insurance

Supporting the Brotherhood — Strengthening Catholic Central

The Carry 6:2 Movement exists to support Shamrocks and their families when life gets hard. Our first priority is always alumni in need — but as we grow, we're also giving back to the school that shaped us, through the Shamrock SHIELD Project, alumni partnerships, and The Shamrock Return: our commitment to reinvest a portion of unused annual funds directly into the Catholic Central community.

“Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2

Brotherhood Does Not End at Graduation
